Managed Service Agreement

PLEASE READ THE MANAGED SERVICE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY AS IT CONTAINS IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, REMEDIES AND OBLIGATIONS.

If an End User is using the Managed Service then it is contracting with Strategic Solution Architects Proprietary Limited (Registration No. 1991 / 002268 / 07) or its subsidiaries, holding company or holding company’s subsidiaries (the “Managed Service Provider”).

The Managed Service Provider provides managed services, in the form of software and support and other services (collectively, the “Managed Services”) to End Users, which Managed Services are more fully described at www.ssa.co.za and any other websites through which the Managed Service Provider makes the Managed Services available. By accepting the Managed Service Providers quote, proposal or order form for Managed Services, or by engaging with the Managed Service Provider for delivery of the Managed Services based on the quote, proposal or order form, the End User agrees to comply with and be legally bound by the terms and conditions of the Managed Service Agreement. The terms and conditions contained in the Managed Service Agreement govern the End User’s use of the Managed Service and constitutes a binding legal agreement between the End User and the Managed Service Provider. If the End User does not agree to the terms and conditions contained in the Managed Service Agreement then the End User is not entitled to use the Managed Service.
